Visitors are most welcome at Church Alive! We would be most honoured to have you as our guest. To help you get acquainted with us herewith some basic information.
Service Times:
Our morning service starts at 9:00 a.m. with our Children’s Church starting at the same time and we encourage your children to attend. Coffee and Tea are available after the service. Our evening service starts at 6:00 p.m.
What we Teach:
We believe in the solid Biblical preaching and teaching of God’s Word and Truth. In the morning we concentrate on expository preaching as we study the Word together and how that impacts our lives today in the 21st century. The evening service, whilst also based on solid Biblical teaching, is geared toward a hard-hitting, topically contemporary message.
Your choice of Church:
You might find yourself in a place where you have recently moved to this area, or are considering moving from your existing church. We would strongly suggest that, before you do decide to move, that you have communicated your intentions to your current leadership and do not take your decision to leave lightly. Perhaps your discussion will be exactly what your existing church and you needs for change and your staying will be the catalyst for growth.
That said, your choice of a church and continuous attendance has a huge impact on both you and your family’s walk with Jesus, and your own spiritual and personal growth.
Hebrews 10:25 says, “Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.”
We would love you to be a part of our family!

Pastor Grant’s personal website is groundbreaking at times, and cutting edge from a theological perspective and he warns that it is not for the faint of heart. “This is for the Christian who is prepared to move forward from Ephesians 4:14, and desire to grow spiritually and theologically, by learning how to discern the ‘rot and the real’ through delving into the Word of God, and asking and living the questions that some are afraid to ask”.
